Ο Καπουδάν Πασάς του οθωμανικού στόλου και υπεύθυνος για την καταστροφή της Χίου Καρά Αλής στο κατάστρωμα της ναυαρχίδας του, πολυτελώς ενδεδυμένος και με κάλυμμα κεφαλής (τουρμπάνι). Φέρει γιαταγάνι και ξιφίδιο περασμένο στη ζώνη, ενώ κρατά μακριά πίπα που καπνίζει με το αριστερό χέρι. Στο βάθος αριστερά διακρίνεται κανόνι με βλήματα και πλοία.
