Description
Krater with convex body or shoulder profile. Decoration: Body decorated with frieze of padded dancers. Preserved, from lt. to rt.: extended lt. arm and bit of torso of one figure with mitten hand, 2nd figure from shoulders to above knees, dancing rt., torso ca. frontal, legs in profile, rt. arm in dilute glaze at waist, lt. extended. Wears purple sleeveless garment that covers torso and buttocks, with incised outline and incised cross-strap from lt. shoulder to rt. side of waist, makes high V over legs. At rt. the rt. arm of third figure, stretched back and crossing l. arm of figure 2. Peeling black glaze on interior. Writing: BLack-Figure: LC Technique: WM
