Το Illustrated London News είναι ένα από τα διασημότερα εικονογραφημένα περιοδικά του 19ου αιώνα. Κυκλοφόρησε για πρώτη φορά στις 14 Μαίου 1897 από τους Herbert Ingram και Mark Lemon. Το περιοδικό ήταν εβδομαδιαίο έως το 1971, οπότε μετετράπη σε μηνιαίο. Κάλυπτε τόσο την βρετανική όσο και την παγκόσμια ειδησεογραφία. Είναι χαρακτηριστικό ότι τα θέματα του πρώτου φύλλου αναφέρονταν στον πόλεμο στο Αφγανιστάν, σε ένα σιδηροδρομικό ατύχημα στη Γαλλία και μια χοροεσπερίδα στο παλάτι του Buckingham.
